Description

The Service Advisor at Aritzia is responsible for delivering exceptional 'Everyday Luxury' experiences to clients at the Service Counter. This involves engaging with clients, processing transactions efficiently and accurately, managing client services, and maintaining organized retail spaces. The role focuses on creating memorable moments and supporting client relationships within the store's most important area.

What We're Looking For

Deliver extraordinary and memorable client experiences at the Service Counter.,Match clients with products and direct them to the correct counter.,Carefully prepare and package products for an Everyday Luxury opening experience.,Efficiently and accurately process transactions while preserving a world-class client experience.,Accurately and efficiently manage the end-to-end process of services, including notifying clients of incoming services, consistently auditing services, and proactively resolving opportunities.,Support service counter operations, including managing client lines and returning product to the sales floor.

Ideal Candidate

Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications.,Previous experience operating a point-of-sale system (an asset).,A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles.,The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.,A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.,An understanding and a passion for the industry in which we operate.,An understanding of Aritzia's brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences.
