Description

The Service Advisor at Aritzia is responsible for delivering highly efficient and elevated service counter experiences. This involves providing Everyday Luxury experiences through engaging client interactions, maintaining store aesthetics, and exceeding client expectations. Key duties include processing transactions, managing client services, and ensuring the Service Counter is exceptionally organized to create memorable client moments in a retail environment.

What We're Looking For

Deliver extraordinary experiences and create meaningful, memorable moments at the Service Counter.,Assist clients in finding their products and direct them to the appropriate Service Counter.,Carefully prepare and package products to ensure an Everyday Luxury unboxing experience.,Efficiently and accurately process transactions while maintaining a world-class client experience.,Accurately and efficiently manage the end-to-end service process, including notifying clients of incoming services, auditing services, and proactively resolving issues to minimize client impact.,Support service counter operations, manage client lines, and ensure products are returned to the sales floor promptly.

Ideal Candidate

Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications.,Previous experience operating a point-of-sale system (an asset).,Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business, and People Leadership principles.,Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.,Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.,Understanding and passion for the retail industry.,Understanding of Aritzia's brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences.
