Description

The Service Advisor at Aritzia is responsible for delivering elevated customer service within the retail environment. This includes processing transactions, managing client services, and maintaining an organized service counter to ensure a memorable experience for clients and foster lasting relationships. The role supports overall store operations by efficiently handling client interactions and product management.

What We're Looking For

Deliver extraordinary experiences and create meaningful, memorable moments at the service counter,Accurately and efficiently process transactions while maintaining a world-class client experience,Accurately and efficiently manage the end-to-end process of services, including notifying clients of incoming services, auditing services, and proactively resolving issues to minimize client impact,Support service counter operations, including managing client flow, preparing products for transactions, packaging purchases, and returning products to the sales floor

Ideal Candidate

Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications (previous experience operating a point-of-sale system is an asset),A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles,The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners,A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
