Key responsibilities include engaging with clients, managing transactions efficiently, handling client services accurately, maintaining an organized service counter, and proactively resolving issues to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
Deliver extraordinary experiences and create memorable moments at the Service Counter.,Assist clients in finding products and direct them to the appropriate Service Counter.,Carefully prepare and package products for an 'Everyday Luxury' unboxing experience.,Process transactions efficiently and accurately while ensuring a world-class client experience.,Manage the end-to-end service process, including notifying clients of incoming services, auditing services, and proactively resolving opportunities.,Support service counter operations, including managing client queues and ensuring product returns to the sales floor.
