The Service Advisor at Aritzia is responsible for delivering exceptional client service experiences at the Service Counter. This involves engaging with clients, maintaining store aesthetics, processing transactions efficiently and accurately, managing client services, and ensuring the smooth operation of the service counter to create memorable moments for clients.

What We're Looking For

Deliver extraordinary client experiences and create memorable moments at the Service Counter.,Match clients with products and direct them to the correct service counter.,Carefully prepare and package products for an 'Everyday Luxury' opening experience.,Efficiently and accurately process transactions, ensuring a world-class client experience.,Accurately and efficiently manage end-to-end client services, including notifications, auditing, and resolving issues.,Support service counter operations, manage client lines, and ensure product returns to the sales floor.

Ideal Candidate

Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications.,Previous experience operating a point-of-sale (POS) system (an asset).,Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles.,Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.,Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.,Understanding and passion for the retail industry.,Understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals, with a focus on trends and cultural influences.
