This senior-level role serves as a subject matter expert providing strategic and operational guidance on workplace and industrial relations across the Australian business. The position focuses on maintaining positive employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and managing complex industrial issues to support the organization's commercial objectives.
Provide expert advice to management on industrial relations, enterprise agreements, and employment law,
Lead and support the negotiation and implementation of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs),
Represent the company in matters before the Fair Work Commission and other industrial tribunals,
Manage and resolve complex workplace disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters,
Conduct and oversee thorough workplace investigations into sensitive issues,
Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect current legislation and best practices,
Partner with operational leaders to identify and mitigate industrial relations risks
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field,
Extensive experience in Industrial Relations/Employee Relations within a large, complex commercial environment,
Proven track record in EBA negotiations and appearing before industrial commissions
