Senior Technology Training & Onboarding Consultant

Description

Join RBC's Technology Training team within Wealth Management-U.S. to collaborate with leadership and the Client Strategies Team. This role involves aligning with strategic goals, supporting recruiting technology nationally, and addressing ongoing technology training needs. The consultant will partner with Complex/Branch Directors to demonstrate technology to potential financial advisor recruits, assist with onboarding, and drive technology initiatives by providing field training on existing and new technologies. The role also requires working with internal functional areas to identify coaching needs and deliver relevant training materials.

What We're Looking For

Deliver customized technology demonstrations for national onboarding advisors and teams, focusing on tools like Salesforce, AdvisoryLink, Addepar, and WMO. Develop personalized training plans for new advisors, including setting up initial technology for VIP recruits. Ensure end-clients understand new account approvals and client website interaction. Promote adoption of the firm's technology suite to enhance advisor productivity and profitability. Partner with core business areas to support VIP recruits and serve as a point of contact for Technology Training Managers. Collaborate on field-facing training and messaging, contribute to the overall training department's plan through field event presentations and one-on-one support. Conduct virtual and in-person tech demos for prospective advisors/teams.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, 5+ years of services and financial industry experience, 3+ years of training experience. FINRA Series 7 or ability to obtain within six months of start date is required. FINRA 66 is a nice-to-have. Demonstrated understanding of the financial process/industry.

Special Commitments
