Senior Technology Training & Onboarding Consultant

Description

This role involves joining the Technology Training team at RBC Wealth Management U.S. to bridge the gap between strategic leadership and field execution. The consultant acts as a key partner in recruiting technology at a national level, demonstrating the firm's technological capabilities to potential advisor recruits, and managing the end-to-end onboarding experience. The position focuses on driving adoption of core tools, developing customized training plans, and providing both virtual and in-person coaching to enhance productivity and profitability for new financial advisors and their teams.

What We're Looking For

Deliver customized technology demonstrations for platforms like Salesforce, AdvisoryLink, and Addepar,Create and execute personalized training plans for new financial advisors and team members,Provide technical setup support for VIP recruits, including portfolio models and remote access,Collaborate with internal business leads (Credit, Operations, Practice Management) to support recruits,Assist in field-facing training messaging and present at workshops or field events,Willingness to travel nationally up to 50% of the time for onsite coaching

Ideal Candidate

FINRA Series 7 license (or ability to obtain within six months of hire),FINRA Series 66 (Nice-to-have),Experience working with Wealth Management product platforms,Advanced presentation and digital collaboration skills
