This role involves joining RBC WM-U.S.'s Technology Training team to collaborate with Divisional Training Leadership and the Client Strategies Team. The consultant will align with strategic goals, support national recruiting technology, and address ongoing technology training needs. Key responsibilities include demonstrating technology to potential financial advisor recruits, assisting with the onboarding experience, driving technology initiatives through field training, and working with internal functional areas to identify coaching needs and deliver training materials.
Deliver technology-led, customized demonstrations for national onboarding advisors and team members (Salesforce, AdvisoryLink, Addepar, WMO, etc.),Build customized training plans for new advisors and team members through in-person and virtual training, coaching, and support,Assist VIP recruits with initial technology setup (Portfolio Advantage advisory models, cell phone, remote access, account opening, advisory proposals, Salesforce reporting, custom dashboards),Ensure key end-clients understand new account approval and client website interaction,Promote adoption of firm's technology suite to maximize field productivity and profitability,Partner with leads in core business areas (Credit Access Line, Practice Management, Advisory, Recruiting, Portfolio Efficiency Coaching, Operations) to support VIP recruits,Serve as point of contact for Technology Training Managers, collaborating on field-facing training and messaging,Drive overall Training department's plan to meet strategic targets, workshops, and other training needs,Deliver virtual and in-person tech demos for prospective advisors and/or teams
BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience,FINRA Series 7 or ability to obtain within six months of start date,Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (formulas, graphs, pivot tables) (Nice-to-have),Knowledge of wealth management product platforms (Nice-to-have),Experience working with multiple Wealth Management, US Business and technology channels (Nice-to-have),Advanced technology and presentation skills: MS Office, Web-based learning tools, digital collaboration and presentation tools (Nice-to-have)
