Senior Technical Systems Analyst

Description

The Senior Technical Systems Analyst will work within the Wealth Management Technology group, focusing on managing complex enterprise-wide applications and ensuring system health. This role involves strong communication, collaboration, and integration to support operational, business, technical, and system needs, and to resolve business system issues through technology solutions.

What We're Looking For

Provide efficient Level 2 day-to-day support to critical Applications.

Lead complex group meetings (including business partners) for problem solving, decision making and implementation planning.

Manage maintenance initiatives from planning stage to closure for Data Applications by working with IT and Business partners as well as 3rd Party Vendors.

Provide technical expertise and assist Development and QE teams during Projects execution.

Manage Disaster Recovery exercises.

Provide recommendations on improvements.

Work closely with Audit and Compliance to ensure Applications controls are in place and up to standards.

Research emerging trends/best practices to improve support and maintenance process.

May act as team leader/supervisor, providing direction, expertise, feedback, coaching, and development to junior staff.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience managing business critical applications.

Exposure to DevOps (Jenkins, Urbancodes, etc.).

Previous experience in Applications performance analysis and tuning.

Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and teams.
