Senior Technical Product Owner
Description
Intelcom | Dragonfly, a leader in last-mile logistics, is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner to lead the product vision, strategy, and delivery for critical operational systems. This role involves close collaboration with development teams and business units to ensure systems support and enhance nationwide operational performance, reporting directly to the Tech Vertical Director, Station Operation & Back Office.
What We're Looking For
Act as a main point of contact and reference for assigned portfolio products.,Capture, document, and prioritize product requirements with stakeholders across various departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing).,Maintain a healthy backlog of features for developers by assembling clear and precise backlog items.,Orchestrate technical analyses with the development team to identify solutions to business problems.,Work closely with other teams within the vertical and development organization to build the best products.,Provide visibility and guidance regarding roadmap progress to the team, management, and stakeholders.,Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies with a leadership and team-player mindset.,Form a highly productive duo with the Engineering Manager on portfolio products.,Proactively investigate system/process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.,Help support efforts to identify and remove technical debt.,Contribute to establishing and maintaining strong documentation for all portfolio platforms.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.,4+ years of product management experience in a software environment with a passion for solving complex problems.,Strong technical acumen and comfort with conceptual discussions with software engineers.,Experience with Agile methodologies.,Experience delivering complex technology products with attention to detail.,Strong understanding of modern development practices and planning processes.,Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.,Demonstrated ability to define, measure, and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities.,A strong taste for innovative projects and a will to learn new technologies/test new ideas.,Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.) and common development paradigms (git, APIs, etc.).,Working knowledge of modern application architecture.,Solid documentation skills and backlog grooming skills.,Ability to drive the team to success and create bonds with developers, QA, etc.,Assets: Certified as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or PMP.,Assets: Experience in the Logistics Sector.
