Senior TDS Operations Analyst: Change Delivery Lead

Description

This role is for a Senior Analyst within TD Securities Global Operations and Business Services, specifically in the Payments & Innovation Delivery Excellence (PIDE) team. The individual will act as a subject matter expert, responsible for driving transformative change and managing complex operational initiatives. Key aspects include leading cross-functional projects, applying advanced analytical skills to solve operational issues, and ensuring strategic alignment with senior management while maintaining operational excellence and adherence to regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For

Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for strategic change initiatives.,Apply expert-level analytical techniques to diagnose complex operational issues and recommend innovative solutions.,Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-risk projects.,Manage end-to-end testing responsibilities, including planning, execution oversight, issue identification, and defect management.,Track testing results and drive timely resolution of issues.,Identify potential risks and design robust mitigation strategies.,Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring compliance.,Ensure strategic alignment with senior management and executives.,Manage business stakeholders and monitor the regulatory environment.,Communicate product changes and backlog priorities effectively.,Compile and share performance metrics with relevant stakeholders.,Recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.,Solve complex problems and develop new solutions with sophisticated analytical thought.,Influence senior stakeholders and guide others within the area of expertise.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree required; Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or related field preferred; advanced degree an asset.,Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in operations analysis, change management, or related disciplines within a complex, regulated environment.,3+ years in Project Management, Product Owner, Testing Practices, and/or Agile delivery experience.,Certifications such as PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner, or Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are assets.,Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.,Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytical methodologies, strategic planning, and risk management.,Expert knowledge of operational processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
