5+ years of experience shipping titles as a Systems Designer, focusing on progression, economy, gameplay systems, and gameplay balance.,Preferred experience in live-service multiplayer environments and hands-on experience with Unreal Engine; mobile game experience is a bonus.,Demonstrated ability to empathize with players and deep understanding of player motivations, forms of play, and the impact of progression and goal setting.,Strong interest in game progression and economies, with an understanding of their successful implementation.,Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to project changes, drive decisions, and own outcomes and vision.,Player-focused, passionate, solutions-focused, and innovative mindset.
