Design, develop, implement, and/or improve systems according to Rocket League design principles.,Develop game systems related to match feedback, player analytics, and matchmaking.,Create clear and concise design documentation and lead design projects.,Collaborate with Design, Development, Production, and Product leadership across Epic to execute initiatives.,Partner with the Production team for clear timelines on design tasks.,Drive alignment among stakeholders and guide implementation efforts.,Monitor community feedback, identify player needs, and create action plans.

Passion for Rocket League and similar esports-based titles.,Familiarity and interest in Fortnite Ecosystem features and mechanics.,Advanced level of professional game design experience (7+ years) with an emphasis on systems design for shipped competitive multiplayer and/or live “as a service” games.,Advanced level of professional technical design experience (5+ years) with an emphasis on technical implementation on shipped competitive multiplayer games.,Demonstrable proficiency in written communication.,Exceptional verbal communication skills with experience guiding collaboration across diverse disciplines.,Passion for active self-growth and the growth of colleagues.,Experience with Unreal Editor + Blueprints.,Professional experience with a high-level programming language (e.g., C++, C#, Swift, JavaScript, Python, Verse, etc.).
