This role involves transforming raw people data into strategic business intelligence. The Senior Specialist will lead the organization's People & Culture reporting ecosystem, enabling the P&C team, executive leadership, and strategic partners with accurate and impactful insights for critical decision-making. Key responsibilities include increasing adoption of reporting tools, developing the insights roadmap, acting as an executive consultant, implementing a consultative intake framework, mentoring analysts, improving operational efficiency, developing reporting offerings, measuring impact, partnering with data teams, assessing new analytics technology, defining governance, and supporting integrations and issue resolution.
Spearhead initiatives to increase adoption and utilization of P&C reporting tools and insights across the organization.,Build learning personas and tailored offerings to upskill P&C staff and lead the transition to 'data champions'.,Support the development of the overall Insights roadmap that prioritizes automation and self-service.,Act as a consultant to P&C Heads of Region and other business leaders, identifying analytical trends.,Implement an intake framework to shift from 'Order Takers' to 'Problem Solvers' for data requests.,Provide technical guidance to Analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and high-quality system standards.,Review ServiceNow trends to identify reporting friction points and implement self-service solutions.,Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose scalable reporting solutions, and ensure they meet business needs.,Expand security roles and build calculated fields to enhance report functionality.,Contribute to the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for new people initiatives.,Bridge the gap between Workday and Looker dashboards in collaboration with Corporate Data and FP&A teams.,Research and assess new reporting tools and AI opportunities for people analytics.,Define and monitor Insights best practices, including maintaining functional/requirement documents and ensuring TSI audit requirements.,Provide support for integration report change requests or new integration builds.,Perform advanced root cause analysis for complex system errors and implement sustainable fixes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, or any combination of training and experience relevant for the role (preferred, not necessary).,Background working as an HR Business Analyst or Data Analyst (preferred, not necessary).,Experience working with People Analytics tools (Prism, Looker, Tableau, etc.) (preferred, not necessary).,Workday Pro Certification (Reporting) (preferred, not necessary).
