Description

This role involves leading the transition of legacy enterprise systems to a modern, AI-native microservices architecture. The successful candidate will use Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI to refactor code and decommission old products without downtime.

What We're Looking For

Lead legacy modernization by extracting business logic from monolithic applications and transitioning them to modern microservices, overseeing decommissioning.

Integrate AI using LLMs (Gemini, Claude), Agentic AI, and RAG workflows to analyze legacy code, map dependencies, and generate optimized code.

Architect scalable environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Kubernetes and establish MLOps pipelines.

Rapid prototyping using "Vibe Coding" techniques, Blitzy toolset, and Antigravity framework for data migration and state management.

Mentor developers, lead technical upskilling workshops, and document the mapping of legacy features to modern counterparts.

Ideal Candidate

Master's degree in AI/ML

7+ years of hands-on experience in legacy refactoring and AI application development

Deep expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs (Gemini, Claude), RAG, and MLOps

Proven track record with GCP, Kubernetes orchestration, and maintaining valid professional cloud/AI certifications

Technical mastery of the Antigravity library, Blitzy toolset, and "Vibe Coding" methodologies

Willingness to perform deep "archaeological" code reviews to understand undocumented legacy behaviors and optimize computational cost of new models
