Description

The Senior SAP Developer will specialize in developing SAP Datasphere solutions within the SAP Delivery IT team. This role involves designing data-driven solutions and optimizing employee experience and strategic decision-making. The developer will work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative environment, focusing on innovation and close collaboration with business lines.

What We're Looking For

Develop and maintain SAP Datasphere models and artifacts.,Maintain development standards and naming conventions.,Resolve performance issues in SAP Datasphere and SAP HANA Cloud.,Manage initial and incremental loads from SAP and non-SAP sources.,Establish SAP Datasphere as a Domain Data Store for specific business domains.,Translate needs into technical solutions and implement them in collaboration.,Support business lines in evolving their data strategy.,Ensure alignment of business data strategy with the Bank's overall strategy.,Identify opportunities and implement advanced techniques (AI, automation, modeling).,Train developers through pair programming and conduct code reviews.,Collaborate with solution and data architects to ensure delivery aligns with their vision.,Master SAP Datasphere: spaces, data modeling, integration, and semantic layer design, with hands-on experience in at least 3 SAP Datasphere implementations.,Know the SAP ecosystem: SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP BTP.,Master ETL/ELT tools, SAP Data Intelligence, virtual data access, and modeling techniques.,Demonstrate experience optimizing performance for large-scale real-time and batch data flows.,Develop in SAP Datasphere and master Python/SQL.

Ideal Candidate

University degree in a related field with 10 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
