Description

This Senior RPA Developer position at RBC focuses on leading and supporting projects for HR transformation. The role involves analysis, design, development, and support activities for the Robotic Process Automation team, collaborating with Operations, Technology, and Business teams to streamline and automate processes, and partnering with technology teams for production support and maintenance of existing automated solutions.

What We're Looking For

Develop robust automation processes using RPA (Blue Prism).,Accountable for developing new or enhancing existing RPA processes.,Support initiatives related to process streamlining and data analytics.,Mentor junior staff and provide support to the RPA team.,Conduct solution design walkthroughs and code reviews.,Take ownership of specific changes to enhance RPA or lead assigned projects.,Collaborate with development and QA teams for requirements and solution implementation.,Coordinate quality assurance, end-user acceptance testing, and post-implementation verification.,Coordinate with Production Support to ensure production bots run as expected.,Promote innovative methods and implement best practices within the RPA team.

Ideal Candidate

Proficiency with Blue Prism, SQL, Python.,3+ years previous work experience of Blue Prism.,1 to 2 years of previous work experience with Python.,1 to 2 years of API integration with Blue Prism.,Good Knowledge of SQL server.,Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering.,Blue Prism Associate Developer Certification (Nice to have).,Blue Prism Developer Certification (Nice to have).,Blue Prism Certified Solution Designer (Nice to have).,Understanding of SAP, Service Now, Workday (Nice to have).,Understanding of Blue Prism Upgrade to version 7 or later (Nice to have).,Understanding of programming languages such as C#, Vb.net (Nice to have).
