Senior Resolution Planning and Reporting Analyst

Description

The Senior Resolution Planning and Reporting Analyst joins CIBC's Operational Resilience team with dual responsibilities. They will lead resolution planning activities for the US Technology, Infrastructure & Innovation (TI&I) department to meet regulatory requirements and drive efficiencies. Additionally, they will execute and enhance reporting and analytics for the Operational Resilience team, focusing on innovative metrics and insights.

What We're Looking For

Lead and coordinate resolution planning activities for US TI&I, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with enterprise strategies.,Develop, maintain, and update resolution plans, playbooks, and related documentation across US legal entities.,Partner with cross-functional and Enterprise teams to identify gaps, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies related to resolution planning.,Serve as a subject matter expert on US regulatory expectations and best practices in resolution planning.,Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders to communicate planning progress, findings, and remediation actions.,Design and deliver regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics for the Operational Resilience team.,Analyze key risk indicators, operational incidents, and resilience metrics to provide actionable insights.,Collaborate with business units to gather data, validate information, and ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness.,Present findings and recommendations to senior management and governance committees.,Identify opportunities to enhance resolution and resilience processes, tools, and methodologies.,Contribute to the development and delivery of training for stakeholders on operational resilience topics.

Ideal Candidate

Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business, Data, or a related field,At least 3 years of experience in a resolution planning or reporting/analytics role leading projects and designing solutions

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma/Degree in related field
