Description

RBC is seeking a Senior Research Manager to contribute to shareholder value by gaining a deeper understanding of consumer, client, community, and employee needs, as well as RBC's performance. This role involves conducting research studies using cost-effective methodologies to deliver timely, actionable, and high-quality client insights for business decision-making. The successful candidate will interpret and integrate client and market research findings to develop differentiating strategies and solutions that drive revenue growth and enhance RBC's market competitiveness.

What We're Looking For

Consult with business units to define business and research needs, and propose appropriate recommendations.,Manage research projects from initiation through fieldwork to reporting, and provide consultation on client insights.,Design research approaches and surveys for in-house research programs.,Measure, track, and report client experience results and metrics across multiple business lines.,Participate in cross-functional teams to identify market trends, business opportunities, and emerging market segments.,Leverage knowledge from RBC's Client Experience Design & Insights (CXDI) team and the broader enterprise to uncover better insights.,Test and learn new and enhanced methodologies, measurement metrics, in-house tools, and research techniques.,Work with the research team and stakeholders to ensure due diligence for approved third-party research suppliers.

Ideal Candidate

Proven 7+ years of experience in marketing research on the supplier/vendor side.,Proven experience managing large scale Client Experience (CX) research programs.
