The Senior Relationship Manager at CIBC is responsible for increasing direct revenue, maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients, and growing their assigned business portfolio. This role involves aligning with clients' complex financial needs and investment goals, while also expanding the client base through networking, community engagement, and expert relationship management.

Manage client relationships to ensure retention and business growth, aligning with client investment objectives and organizational policies.,Acquire new high-net-worth clients with complex financial needs through targeted business development and collaboration with Business Development Officers.,Achieve revenue goals, control expenses, and monitor profit performance.,Provide exceptional service by leveraging expertise in investment and wealth advisory services.,Participate in client-focused events to enhance business development and strengthen relationships.,Build strong internal partnerships for seamless client service.,Implement and maintain effective operational and compliance risk controls.,Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships.,Expertise in investment and wealth advisory services.,Collaborative approach to ensure seamless client service.,Strong financial acumen and relationship management skills to deliver tailored client solutions.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree and/or advanced certifications such as MBA, CFA, CPA, CFP, or JD.,10-15+ years of experience in portfolio management, wealth management, personal tax, or financial planning.,Comprehensive understanding of investment products and strategies for sophisticated high-net-worth clients.,Strong financial analysis skills to provide expert advice on complex relationships.,Ability to build and maintain relationships, with persuasive recommendation skills.,Confident in presenting to groups and excellent writing skills for proposals and presentations.,Advanced negotiating and influencing skills for business development.,Professionalism, sound judgment, and client success focus.,Thorough understanding of operational, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
