Senior Relationship Manager, Commercial Financial Services

This senior role focuses on professional relationship management and delivering top-tier financial advice to clients within the Supply Chain industry. It requires strong experience in financial analysis, credit, client acquisition, and portfolio management, combined with excellent client service skills and business acumen to resolve intricate business challenges.

What We're Looking For

Apply business development experience for prospecting and lead generation to new and existing clients.,Demonstrate portfolio management and risk mitigation through financial statement review, trend identification, risk monitoring, and credit restructuring.,Provide an exceptional client experience by delivering superior business and financial advice and industry-specific solutions.,Leverage RBC's expertise by identifying referral opportunities and making introductions to RBC partners.,Collaborate and coordinate with various teams to develop and execute a client contact strategy.,Champion digital enablement by advocating for the RBC mobile application and promoting its usage.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 3-5 years commercial banking experience.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proven track record in business development and exceptional client relationship management.,Credit skills including assessment of risk, financial analysis, credit structuring/solutions, and presenting deals.,Specialized industry expertise in a past role (e.g., manufacturing, wholesale distribution, logistics).,Expert with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web-based meetings, social media, Digital Banking, and Mobile Applications).,New client acquisition skills (i.e., pitching the value proposition, lead generation, initial customer contact and cold calling, asking for referrals).,Undergraduate degree, ideally in commerce, business administration, or related experience.,Nice-to-have: Project-based financing experience, deep products and services knowledge, Postgraduate degree, professional designation (CPA, CA, CFA), or other relevant industry experience.
