Senior Relationship Manager, Commercial Financial Services

What We're Looking For

Responsibilities include business development for prospecting and lead generation with new and existing clients, portfolio management and risk mitigation through financial statement review, providing exceptional client experience with superior business and financial advice, identifying referral opportunities with RBC partners, collaborating on client contact strategy, and championing digital enablement. Must-have skills include 3-5 years of commercial banking experience, strong communication and presentation skills, a proven track record in business development and client relationship management, credit assessment, financial analysis, structuring/solutions, and specialized industry expertise. Proficiency with emerging communications and technology, along with new client acquisition skills, are essential.

Ideal Candidate

An undergraduate degree, ideally in commerce, business administration, or a related field, is required. A postgraduate degree, professional designation (CPA, CA, CFA), or other relevant industry experience is considered an asset.
