Senior Relationship Manager Business Markets

Description

The Senior Relationship Manager will provide financial advice and manage a portfolio of high-value small business clients, helping them start, manage, and grow their enterprises. This role involves acting as an RBC ambassador in the local business market, focusing on external marketing and client acquisition to develop new business and deepen existing client relationships. The manager will also partner with other RBC advisors and specialists to enhance the client experience.

What We're Looking For

Acquire, grow, and deepen client relationships by delivering tailored financial advice.,Proactively contact clients to gather insights, understand needs, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.,Plan and prioritize client and market activities, identify opportunities, and facilitate introductions to RBC partners to fulfill client financial needs.,Manage risk, exercise due diligence in banking procedures, and develop action plans for concerns.,Champion digital enablement and advocate for RBC mobile and online applications.,Visit clients on-site to understand their business objectives and operations.,Proven business development, client acquisition, and prospecting skills, including leveraging Centers of Influence.,Demonstrated track record in exceptional client relationship management.,Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Ideal Candidate

Credit skills and knowledge, including understanding risk assessments, financial analyses, credit structuring/solutions, and deal presentations.,Completion of the Associate Account Manager training program, or previous experience as a small business owner, or in a similar field.,Good knowledge of a broad array of business and personal financial products and services.
