Senior Relationship Manager, Business Markets

Description

This opportunity involves providing business and financial advice, and managing a portfolio of high-value small business clients. The role requires developing new business for RBC, deepening client relationships, and partnering with other RBC advisors to enhance the client experience. It's a senior position focused on solution development, business acumen, portfolio management, and client service.

What We're Looking For

Acquire, grow and deepen client relationships through tailored financial advice.,Proactively contact clients, gather insights, and understand their needs and changing circumstances.,Plan and prioritize client and market activities, identify opportunities, and make introductions to RBC partners.,Manage risk and exercise due diligence in banking procedures.,Champion digital enablement and advocate for RBC mobile and online applications.,Visit clients on-site to understand their business objectives and operations (as permitted).,Minimum 2+ years of experience in a business/commercial relationship management role.,Business development, client acquisition, and prospecting skills, including leveraging Centres of Influence.,Proven track record in exceptional client relationship management.,Credit skills and knowledge, including risk assessments, financial analyses, credit structuring/solutions, and deal presentations.,Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in leadership, portfolio management, and credit (asset).,Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation to achieve superior results (asset).,Continuous learner with a deep curiosity for understanding diverse customers and staying updated on client needs, procedures, and relevant products (asset).,Good knowledge of a broad array of business and personal financial products and services (asset).
