Senior Relationship Manager

Description

The Senior Relationship Manager focuses on growing direct revenue, retaining high-net-worth client relationships, and expanding business within their portfolio. This role requires aligning with clients’ sophisticated financial needs and investment objectives, actively building the client base through networking and community involvement, and delivering exceptional relationship management and investment/wealth advisory services. The manager is also responsible for driving profitability, collaborating internally, and ensuring compliance.

What We're Looking For

Oversee a portfolio to ensure client retention and business growth while aligning with client investment objectives and organizational policies.,Acquire new high-net-worth clients with complex financial needs by engaging in targeted business development activities and collaborating with Business Development Officers.,Achieve revenue goals, control expenses, and monitor profit performance, taking corrective actions as necessary.,Foster a service culture by leveraging expertise in investment and wealth advisory services to provide best-in-class relationship management.,Actively participate in client-focused events to enhance business development efforts and strengthen relationships.,Build strong internal partnerships to deliver seamless, professional, and timely client service.,Implement and maintain effective operational and compliance risk controls.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree and/or advanced certifications such as MBA, CFA, CPA, CFP, or JD.,15+ years of experience in portfolio management, wealth management, personal tax, or financial planning.,Comprehensive understanding of investment products and strategies.,Strong financial analysis skills.,Excellent relationship-building, communication (written and verbal), presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.,Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and client-success orientation.,Thorough understanding of operational, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree; advanced certifications (MBA, CFA, CPA, CFP, JD preferred)
