Senior Relationship Manager, Agriculture & Commercial Banking

Description

The Senior Relationship Manager, Agriculture & Commercial Banking will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Agriculture and Commercial Banking clients. This role involves proactively developing new business opportunities, ensuring client banking needs are met, and delivering flexible business solutions, expertise, and advice to help clients achieve their goals. The individual will collaborate with internal partners to offer end-to-end financial solutions, focusing on finance growth, cash flow management, efficiency, and risk mitigation for commercial clients.

What We're Looking For

Develop new client relationships through business development activities, leveraging referral sources, existing clients, and centers of influence.,Actively monitor and manage client relationships by understanding their goals, purpose, and business status.,Work with internal partners to connect clients with opportunities.,Build a profile in the local business community to foster effective working relationships.,Proactively assess client needs and propose suitable solutions.,Interact with assigned clients to provide prompt responses to questions, inquiries, or issues.,Apply industry and company knowledge to develop client/prospect proposals for financial and strategic solutions.

Ideal Candidate

Demonstrated experience in Agricultural Commercial or Business Banking,Proven business development skills,Solid understanding of financial statements and account principles including valuation techniques and cash flow analysis,Experience managing the credit quality of a portfolio of commercial banking clients with credit needs and/or complex cash management requirements,Degree/diploma in Agri-business, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
