Description

This role at Royal Bank of Canada involves managing financial and operational data analytics and reporting for large-scale suppliers within the Payments & Trade Supplier Management team. The officer will drive value by delivering information for business decisions and production management, collaborating across the RBC enterprise, and managing financial analytics for key suppliers like Symcor and Canada Post. Responsibilities include overseeing spend projections, deep-dive volume trending, stakeholder reporting, and supporting digital and optimization strategies. Key tasks also encompass managing reporting functions, tracking Symcor Change Requests, delivering ad hoc reports, reviewing and reconciling team Distribution History Reports, and supporting governance activities, including BCP and audit (SOC1) requirements.

What We're Looking For

Manage reporting functions for the Supplier Management Team, with a focus on communicating information to facilitate decision-making amongst senior management.,Track Symcor Change Requests (CR) and relevant data, ensuring timely and informative updates.,Deliver ad hoc reporting requests and insight packages to stakeholder senior management across the enterprise.,Review and reconcile team Distribution History Reports and investigate unexpected charges.,Support the Senior Manager, Supplier Relationship Governance in recurring governance activities and reporting.,Maintain a detailed governance responsibility tracker, ensuring all Supplier Team governance activities are documented and delivered on-time.,Partner with the Governance team to ensure governance activities and requirements, including BCP and audit (SOC1) activities, are completed on-time and accurately.
