The Strategic Execution team within RBC's Chief Legal and Administrative Office (CLAO) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level strategic and regulatory initiatives. This role focuses on driving cross-business and cross-functional project delivery, ensuring effective project governance, and achieving outcomes aligned with RBC's strategic objectives.
Develop key relationships across RBC to execute project deliverables and foster collaboration among stakeholders.,Lead and facilitate cross-functional working groups to deliver results, triage issues, and drive progress on enterprise-level initiatives.,Contribute to the preparation of senior management materials, including for Steering Committee and Executive Committee.,Support program status reporting at various levels to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.,Maintain project plans, proactively identify, and resolve potential roadblocks.,Facilitate issue resolution and escalation, manage interdependencies, and maintain the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log.,Engage with third-party suppliers/consultants as required, ensuring alignment with internal standards.,Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff within the Strategic Execution team.

Bachelor's Degree (Undergraduate university degree), MBA or relevant professional designation strongly preferred.
37.5 hours/week
