Description

This role at KPMG involves leading end-to-end SAP-enabled business transformation projects. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for driving project delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, and maintaining strong client engagement. This includes leading projects from pre-sales to closure, serving as the primary client contact, establishing governance frameworks, managing scope changes, providing technical leadership, overseeing SAP solution activities, and resolving project issues. They will also support proposal development and apply leading methodologies like SAP Activate.

What We're Looking For

Drive end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation projects across multiple workstreams and geographies.,Lead projects from pre-sales through closure, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategic goals.,Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.,Oversee project scope, cost, quality, benefits, risks, and timelines.,Establish governance frameworks, monitor risks, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.,Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, executives, and vendors.,Manage scope changes and assess their impact on timelines and budgets.,Provide technical leadership, coordinate resources, and ensure quality deliverables and documentation.,Supervise SAP solution configuration, development, testing, and cutover activities, including data conversion.,Resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on objectives.,Support proposal development, bid management, and commercial proposition for new opportunities.,Apply leading methodologies such as SAP Activate and KPMG Powered Enterprise for structured delivery.,Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, and status reports for senior leadership.,Conduct quality reviews of deliverables and ensure adherence to assurance standards.,10 -15 years of experience in SAP project delivery and consulting, with proven success in multiple full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.,Expertise in SAP offerings such as S/4HANA GROW, S/4HANA RISE, FIORI, BTP, and Cloud ALM.,Familiarity with SAP solutions like Joule, Signavio, LeanIX, BDC.,Strong understanding of S/4HANA processes: Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce, and Supply Chain & Logistics.,Deep knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.,Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.,Experience in solution design, business process optimization, and client workshops.,Knowledge of data conversion processes, including CVI for S/4HANA brownfield projects.,Ability to influence C-level executives and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.,Experience in commercial management, bid development, and contract negotiations.,Proven ability to lead global teams and manage cultural diversity effectively.,Must have project/program management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2).,Must have SAP Activate certification.
