Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.,Minimum 7 years as a manager of large-scale projects in a major company.,Experience in workshop facilitation, coaching, Agile/SAFe mode.,Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).,Demonstrated leadership in complex and cross-functional contexts.,Ability to support a technical team in developing their practices and achieving a high level of organizational performance.,PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (required or strongly desired).,Cloud certification (AWS or Azure) or certification in progress (required or strongly desired).
