Senior Project Manager (Consumer & CDPP)

Description

The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage projects within the Consumer and CDPP initiatives, focusing on Tier 1 projects for a large and complex workload. This role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects in alignment with business strategies, providing leadership to project teams, and partnering with stakeholders across various lines of business. The role requires managing projects with moderate to high regulatory oversight and a moderately high to high complexity profile, potentially leading Tier 1 projects and managing cross-LoB project teams.

What We're Looking For

Candidates must be able to plan, manage, and deliver distinct projects through all phases, aligning with business and enterprise strategies. They need to provide leadership and coaching to teams, partner with business and executive stakeholders, and manage projects with varying levels of regulatory oversight and complexity. Key responsibilities include tracking, forecasting, and managing project budgets, making an impact, influencing, negotiating, problem-solving, and communicating effectively. The role also requires strong facilitation skills, commitment to team skills development, and the ability to foster a positive work environment. Experience as a change agent, comfort with ambiguity, and strong leadership skills are essential.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate Degree is required, along with a Project Management Certification. Candidates should have 10+ years of relevant experience, comprehensive knowledge of project management practices, procedures, and principles. Exposure to financial management (tracking, forecasting, managing project budgets) is necessary. The ability to think strategically, possess strong business acumen, and demonstrate good judgment are also key.
