This role involves ensuring maximum system availability, promptly resolving issues, and proactively managing applications and platforms. Key responsibilities include driving IT governance and de-risking initiatives, leveraging automation for efficiency, adhering to operational procedures, collaborating with various business and technology groups, managing incidents, problems, and releases, providing high-quality service to users, and fostering knowledge sharing and documentation.

What We're Looking For

Responsible for ensuring maximum system availability, prompt and accurate remediation and response to issues and requests.,Proactive management and governance of applications and platforms, along with driving IT governance and de-risking initiatives.,Leverage automation to drive efficiency and to improve the soundness of our operating environment.,Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, standing order guidelines, and governance best practices.,Liaise between Business, Technology, Compliance, Surveillance, and Functional groups to help conduct regular reviews.,Provide effective incident, problem, and release management and regular project updates to stakeholders and the business, along with providing white-glove service to business users.,Lead effective knowledge sharing, documentation, and cross-training to help maximize coverage and improve the robust of our follow-the-sun operating model.
