The Senior Product Manager, Managed Solutions, will contribute to product innovation, development, shelf management, and strategic priorities for CIBC Asset Management's Managed Solutions. This involves developing and implementing new product initiatives, managing enhancements, and advancing key business initiatives across product platforms. The role requires managing the product lineup based on sales and client feedback, market data, and competitive analysis, while collaborating with various internal teams to optimize product mix and client experience. The successful candidate will also provide analytical support, interpret complex information, and develop recommendations to meet client needs efficiently.
Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in product design, management, strategic planning, and project management, preferably in financial services.,Lead the development and management of the CIBC Asset Management Managed Solutions product offer, including providing investment insight, designing and implementing new products/enhancements, and developing business cases.,Deliver the implementation of enhancements to the Managed Solutions product offer, including analyzing business needs, participating in strategic product plans, and managing key stakeholders.,Understand and interpret complex information, identify patterns and trends, and develop recommendations with minimal direction.,Exhibit well-developed management and leadership skills to achieve results within a matrix organization and drive change at a senior level.,Manage relationships and work effectively with internal and external partners to meet business objectives.,Experience in business planning, business model development, and pricing best practices.,In-depth knowledge of mutual fund products and strategic planning skills for complex assignments.,Detailed knowledge of the financial services industry, with a preference for asset management experience.,Strong understanding of investment and mutual fund products, as well as the regulatory environment.,Experience in product development, product management, and project management.,Leadership skills to achieve results within a matrix management environment.,Extensive financial and investment modeling capabilities.,Flexible, analytical, collaborative, results-oriented, organized, and accustomed to working under time constraints.,Strategic thinker who takes initiative and possesses strong conceptual skills, with a pragmatic focus on implementation.,Creative skills to identify and resolve innovative alternatives or opportunities.
University degree in Business or Finance.,Other industry accreditations an asset (e.g. CSC CFP, IFIC).,Strong analytical skills – CFA candidate or charter holder preferred.
