At least 5 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience.,Excellent communication skills to articulate design journeys and work concisely to internal stakeholders.,Strong aesthetic skills to enhance brand visual identity.,Skilled in service design practices.,Curiosity to continuously evolve design processes by leveraging AI tools for user-centered products.,Applied experience across digital and physical manifestations of design (responsive web, native applications).,Acute self-awareness and deep empathy for customers and team goals.,Deep curiosity and ability to consider product strategy and vision, focusing on the 'why' behind design decisions.
