Senior Producer (R27134)

Own production of one or more strike teams and deliver features and content end-to-end.

Partner with discipline leads to determine project timelines and necessary resources.

Build and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and roadmaps, considering dependencies across multiple development teams.

Collaborate with game teams on features and roadmaps, driving stakeholder management.

Provide transparent communication on project status and risks to stakeholders.

Partner with multiple leaders to understand and balance priorities, requirements, and critical timelines; lead scope conversations and scenario planning.

Collaborate with other producers and development teams, communicate frequently and proactively to highlight progress, risks, and mitigations.

Manage both internal and external resources as they pertain to resource allocation and budget forecasts; improve and develop processes based on team and product needs.

Experience on AAA games or game platforms from concept to release.

Previous experience working in a production role managing cross-functional teams in creating and delivering complex projects.

Ability to lead roadmap planning activities, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, initiative build-out, feature breakdown, estimations, and resourcing.

Deep understanding of game development, software development process, and project management practices.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Good knowledge of light-touch production systems.

Ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders within your team and throughout the company.

A passion for gaming, with a specific interest and familiarity with online safety products.
