Senior Producer (R27134)

Own production of one or more strike teams and be responsible for end-to-end delivery of features and content.

Partner with discipline leads to determine time and resources needed for projects.

Build and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and roadmaps, considering dependencies across multiple development teams.

Collaborate and align with game teams on features and roadmaps, driving stakeholder management.

Provide transparent communications on project status and risks to stakeholders.

Partner with multiple leaders to understand and balance priorities, requirements, and critical timelines; Lead scope conversations and scenario planning.

Collaborate with producers and other disciplines on development teams, communicating frequently and proactively on progress, risks, and mitigations.

Manage internal and external resources related to allocation, budget forecasts, and actuals.

Improve and develop processes based on team, initiative, and product needs.

Experience on AAA games or game platforms from concept to release.

Previous experience in a production role managing cross-functional teams in creating and delivering complex projects.

Ability to lead roadmap planning activities, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, initiative build-out, feature breakdown, estimations, and resourcing.

Deep understanding of game development, software development process, and project management practices.
