Lead the production for one or more impact teams, ensuring comprehensive delivery of features and content.,Partner with disciplinary leaders to define project timelines, resource needs, and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps, accounting for inter-team dependencies to ensure successful launches.,Collaborate and align with game development teams on features and roadmaps, focusing on stakeholder management and partner communication.,Provide transparent communications on project status and risks to stakeholders, ensuring they are well-informed about potential impacts on future releases.,Work with various leaders to balance critical priorities, requirements, and timelines, and facilitate discussions on scope and planning scenarios.,Coordinate with producers and other development areas to complete initiatives, maintaining frequent and proactive communication on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.,Manage internal and external resources, including allocation, budget forecasting, and actuals; continuously improve processes based on team, initiative, and product needs.

Experience with AAA games or game platforms, from concept to launch.,Prior experience in a production role, managing cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.,Ability to lead roadmap planning activities, including gathering feedback, defining requirements, developing initiatives, detailing functionalities, and estimating resources to build a robust roadmap that achieves strategic product goals.,In-depth knowledge of game or platform development, software development processes, and project management practices.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Familiarity with lightweight production systems that enable teams to operate efficiently.,Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders, both within the team and across the company.,Passion for games, with specific interest and familiarity with online security products.
