This role at Epic Games involves partnering with cross-disciplinary teams to develop features for LEGO Fortnite. The Senior Producer will be responsible for managing large-scale development, driving production excellence, and overseeing complex projects from concept to release. Pay ranges vary by location: California ($139,737-$204,948 USD) and Washington ($127,034-$186,316 USD).

What We're Looking For

Own production of one or more strike teams and be responsible for end-to-end delivery of features and content.

Partner with discipline leads to determine the time and people necessary to complete projects.

Build and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and roadmaps, considering dependencies across multiple development teams to ensure successful releases.

Collaborate and align with game teams regarding their features and roadmaps, driving stakeholder management and touchpoints with these partners.

Provide transparent communications on project status and risks to stakeholders to ensure they are properly informed of any impacts from upcoming releases.

Partner with multiple leaders to understand and balance priorities, requirements, and critical timelines; Lead scope conversations and scenario planning.

Collaborate with producers and other disciplines on the development teams needed to complete initiatives, communicate frequently, and proactively to highlight progress, risks, and mitigations.

Manage both internal and external resources as they pertain to resource allocation, budget forecasts, and actuals.

Improve and develop processes based on the needs of the teams, initiatives, and products.

Ideal Candidate

Experience on AAA games or game platforms from concept to release.

Previous experience working in a production role where you've managed cross-functional teams in creating and delivering complex projects.

Ability to lead roadmap planning activities, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, initiative build-out, feature breakdown, estimations, and resourcing in order to drive a solid roadmap that achieves defined strategic product goals.

Deep understanding of game development, software development process, and project management practices.

A passion for gaming, with a specific interest and familiarity with online safety products.
