Own production for one or more strike teams and ensure end-to-end delivery of features and content.,Partner with discipline leads to estimate time and resources needed for projects.,Build and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and roadmaps, considering cross-team dependencies for successful releases.,Collaborate and align with game teams on features and roadmaps, managing stakeholder relationships.,Provide transparent communications on project status and risks to stakeholders.,Partner with multiple leaders to balance priorities, requirements, and critical timelines; lead scope conversations and scenario planning.,Collaborate with other producers and development teams, communicating progress, risks, and mitigations proactively.,Manage internal and external resources, including budget forecasts and actuals; improve and develop processes based on team and product needs.

Experience on AAA games or game platforms from concept to release.,Previous experience in a production role managing cross-functional teams to create and deliver complex projects.,Ability to lead roadmap planning activities, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, initiative build-out, feature breakdown, estimations, and resourcing.,Deep understanding of game development, software development process, and project management practices.,Strong project management and organizational skills.,Good knowledge of light-touch production systems.,Ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders.,A passion for gaming, with specific interest and familiarity with online safety products.
