The Senior Producer on Fortnite Ecosystem Growth at Epic Games leads programs to integrate world-class intellectual property into the Fortnite UEFN creator ecosystem. This involves working across publishing, development, and partner teams to enable creators and players, shaping the vision for features, tools, and content, and coordinating releases across internal groups and with external IP holders and UEFN developers. The role also encompasses driving high-velocity development cycles and managing large-scale projects from concept to release, ensuring production excellence.
Lead programs to bring world-class IP into the Fortnite UEFN creator ecosystem.
Work directly with multiple game discipline producers/leads/directors to successfully drive high velocity, high-impact development cycles.
Support and drive the success of internal Epic teams with the development of tools, features, and content for UEFN developers.
Engage with IP holders on participation in the ecosystem.
Collaborate with game teams across Epic to understand and balance dependencies, deliveries, and output targets.
Own production of one or more strike teams and be responsible for end-to-end delivery of features and content.
Partner with discipline leads to determine the time and people necessary to complete projects.
Build and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and roadmaps, considering dependencies across multiple development teams.
Collaborate and align with game teams regarding their features and roadmaps, driving stakeholder management and touchpoints.
Manage large-scale development and drive production excellence.
Work with internal stakeholders to align on the scope and creative deliverables of each partner project, then track the status of partner reviews and approvals.
Manage written communications with partners in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with internal producers to ensure all elements of an activation remain on track for release and account for partner review and feedback.

Deep understanding of game development, software development process, and project management practices.
