Own production for one or more strike teams, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of features and content.,Partner with discipline leads to determine project scope, build schedules, and manage resource allocations and roadmaps, considering dependencies across multiple development teams to ensure successful releases.,Collaborate and align with game teams regarding their features and roadmaps, driving stakeholder management and touchpoints with partners.,Provide transparent communications on project status and risks to stakeholders, ensuring they are properly informed.,Partner with multiple leaders to understand and balance priorities, requirements, and critical timelines; Lead scope conversations and scenario planning.,Collaborate with producers and other disciplines on development teams needed to complete initiatives, communicating frequently and proactively to highlight progress, risks, and mitigations.

Experience on AAA games or game platforms from concept to release.,Previous experience working in a production role where you've managed cross-functional teams in creating and delivering complex projects.,Ability to lead roadmap planning activities, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, initiative build-out, feature breakdown, estimations, and resourcing, to drive a solid roadmap that achieves defined strategic product goals.,Deep understanding of game development, software development process, and project management practices.,Strong project management and organizational skills.,Passionate about working in games and possess a history of working within the fast-paced nature of developing a Live game.
