This role is with CIBC's Wood Gundy team, the full-service brokerage division serving high net worth clients. The Client Support Associate will work closely with investment advisors to manage client portfolios, develop new business, and directly engage with high net worth clients to provide support, identify business opportunities, and enhance the client experience. The position offers opportunities for career advancement within the brokerage environment and CIBC, while keeping up-to-date on investment market trends and new products.
Candidates should focus on client engagement, connecting personally with clients, anticipating needs, and communicating promptly to build trust and deepen relationships. They must proactively identify business opportunities, support investment advisors in business development, and assist in creating investment plans. Additionally, they should be motivated, passionate about people and learning, and embody CIBC's values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
