KPMG is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to join their team, focusing on the development, support, and enhancement of critical Audit Operations Apps. This role involves bridging business needs with technical solutions, combining development expertise with product ownership and stakeholder engagement within a diverse team environment.

What We're Looking For

Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).,Provide critical support for Audit Operations Apps, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.,Assist in the development of Audit Operations tools, including automated reports, letters, templates, and content management redesigns.,Build and integrate custom connectors, APIs, and automation workflows for audit and business processes.,Develop code using Databricks and Python for advanced data processing and analytics.,Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into intelligent automation solutions.,Support the full lifecycle of solution delivery from ideation to deployment and maintenance.,Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.,Draft technical documentation and perform user training for deployed solutions.,Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and SoQM review protocols.,Design feedback solutions for newly implemented tools.,Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.,Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile development environments.,Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to take initiative and ownership of outcomes.,Exceptional attention to detail and ability to self-review.,Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers, conduct thorough code and solution reviews, and uphold industry best practices.,Experience in implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education.,Proficiency in Alteryx and/or certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or relevant Microsoft credentials are considered assets.
