This role at TD Canada Trust focuses on building deep and lasting relationships with customers by providing financial planning advice, primarily on investment options. The Senior Personal Banker will act as a subject matter expert, engage in proactive customer outreach, and contribute to business growth by attracting and retaining customers, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Create a consistent and exceptional customer experience in the branch with a predominant focus on investment advice.,Possess deep knowledge of investment products, Real Estate Secured Lending, day-to-day banking, and all other TD products and services.,Uncover and understand customer needs, provide aligned solutions, and involve experts when necessary.,Improve customer financial confidence through ongoing dialogue and advice.,Act as a subject matter expert for customers and colleagues on TD products, services, policies, and procedures, especially personal and business banking.,Maintain a professional and inviting branch environment.,Consistently engage in proactive customer outreach (phone, email) to discuss portfolio updates and additional opportunities.,Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the local market, competitive offers, and economic trends.,Ensure accurate documentation that reflects customer intentions and is retained according to policies.,Participate fully as a team member, support a positive work environment, and ensure timely communication.,Contribute to business objectives by proactively attracting, acquiring, and retaining customers/advice opportunities and referrals, driving market share growth for TD.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred,2+ years relevant experience,Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent Certificate in Financial Services Advice (CFSA)

High School diploma (preferred), Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (preferred)
