Senior Personal Banker - Investing

Description

This role focuses on building strong customer relationships by providing sound financial planning and investment advice. The Senior Personal Banker will educate customers on investment options, promote various banking products and services, and ensure a positive customer experience within the branch. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities for financial growth, and acting as a subject matter expert for investment products and services. Success is measured by client feedback, advice provided, and growth in deposit and investment volume. [1, 2]

Create a consistent and exceptional customer experience, with a focus on investment advice. [1],Possess deep knowledge and expertise of investment products, Real Estate Secured Lending, day-to-day banking, and all other TD products and services. [1, 2],Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to promote products and services, referring customers to appropriate team members or partners. [1],Improve customer financial confidence through ongoing dialogue, answering questions, and providing advice. [1],Act as a subject matter expert for customers and colleagues regarding TD products, services, policies, and procedures, particularly in personal and business banking within the branch. [1],Maintain a professional and inviting space in all common areas of the branch, adhering to guidelines. [1],Own the client experience and build long-term relationships. [4],Help clients grow their money by providing personalized investment advice. [4],Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by introducing One TD partners for all banking needs. [4],Build trust and protect clients, colleagues, and the Bank. [4],Find ways to simplify processes and use your voice to influence change. [4],Be committed to growth and training to ensure elevated advice to clients. [4],Client-focused mindset while maintaining accountability for responsible, strategic pricing practices & financial outcomes. Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred. [1],2+ years relevant experience. [1],Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent. [1],Certificate in Financial Services Advice (CFSA). [1]

Minimum Education

High School diploma, Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred. [1]
