Own the client experience and build long-term relationships.
Help clients borrow wisely by focusing on personalized lending advice.
Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by introducing One TD partners for all banking needs, including lending and investing.
Build trust and protect clients, colleagues, and the Bank.
Find ways to simplify processes for colleagues and clients and use your voice to influence change.
Be committed to growth & training, strengthening capabilities to ensure elevated advice to clients.
Maintain accountability for responsible, strategic pricing practices & financial outcomes.
Engage in client outreach and community presence to acquire new assets and deepen client relationships.
Work a rotation across branch hours of operation to deliver advice when clients need it.
High School diploma.
Required Accreditation: Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent, and Certificate in Financial Services Advice (CFSA) – FP1 & PFSA, or equivalent.
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry managing client relationships, providing complex financial advice with strong knowledge of RESL (Real Estate Secured Lending).
Deep knowledge and expertise in mortgage origination business and home financing products.
In-depth knowledge of investing, day-to-day banking, and all other TD products and services.
Client focused mindset.
Problem solving and people skills to de-escalate challenging situations and resolve client complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Strong regulatory, AML, and compliance knowledge to support a culture of integrity.
Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred.
Other accreditations (e.g., Financial Planning II) are nice-to-have.
