Senior Personal Banker - Home Borrowing

This role at TD Canada Trust involves building strong customer relationships by providing financial advice and promoting suitable banking products and services, with a primary focus on home borrowing. The Senior Personal Banker will act as a subject matter expert, engage in proactive customer outreach, and ensure an exceptional in-branch customer experience to drive market share growth.

What We're Looking For

Create an exceptional customer experience with a focus on home borrowing advice.,Possess deep knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending products, investing, day-to-day banking, and all TD Canada Trust products and services.,Uncover customer needs through thoughtful questions and provide aligned solutions.,Improve customer financial confidence through ongoing dialogue and advice.,Act as a subject matter expert for customers and colleagues on TD products, services, policies, and procedures, particularly personal and business banking.,Maintain a professional branch environment.,Proactively engage customers via phone, email, and community presence.,Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the local market, competitive offers, and economic trends.,Ensure accurate documentation.,Participate as a team member, support a positive work environment, and ensure timely communication.,Proactively attract, acquire, and retain customers/advice opportunities and referrals to drive growth for TD, especially achieving market share growth by bringing new business.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred.,Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent Certificate in Financial Services Advice (CFSA).

Minimum Education

High School diploma, Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (preferred)
