What We're Looking For

Create a consistent and exceptional customer experience in the branch, with a predominant focus on home borrowing advice.,Possess deep knowledge and expertise of Real Estate Secured Lending products, investing, day-to-day banking, and all other TDCT products and services.,Uncover and understand customer needs through thoughtful questions, owning solutions, and escalating to experts when necessary.,Improve customer financial confidence through ongoing dialogue and advice.,Act as a subject matter expert for both customers and colleagues regarding TD products, services, policies, and procedures, especially in personal and business banking.,Maintain a professional and inviting space in all common areas of the branch, adhering to guidelines.,Consistently engage in proactive customer outreach (phone, email) to discuss portfolio updates and additional opportunities.,Be present in the community for additional customer outreach.,Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the local market, competitive offers, and economic trends.,Ensure accurate, properly reflecting, and retained documentation in accordance with business policies.,Participate fully as a team member, support a positive work environment, and ensure timely communication of issues.,Contribute to business objectives by proactively attracting, acquiring, and retaining customers/advice opportunities and referrals to drive growth, specifically market share growth.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred.,2+ years relevant experience.,Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent Certificate.,Certificate in Financial Services Advice (CFSA).
