7+ years of experience in digital media, including both mobile and non-mobile user acquisition.,Experience running and setting up global campaigns, covering operations, insights, and optimization tailored to different countries and cultures.,Demonstrated ability to communicate performance clearly and with data accuracy to diverse internal audiences (executives, creatives, analysts).,Comprehensive understanding of the global mobile user acquisition (UA) landscape, including attribution and data privacy.,Proven track record of pioneering new products and optimization methods with ad partners.,Experience designing, running, and reporting on creative tests.
